Orders received on a regular business day by 4:30 PM EST (Eastern Standard Time) ship out that same day. "Direct ship" items are shipped from the manufacturer and may not ship same-day.
Our customer service, tech support, and shipping departments operate Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM (EST), except during holidays observed by FedEx.
We offer free shipping to the 48 contiguous US states. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or other US territories will be charged standard shipping rates. The free shipping service, at our discretion, will usually be USPS First Class, Priority Mail, FedEx Ground, or UPS Ground. Large orders may be shipped via a freight carrier, and if so, we'll contact you to coordinate the details.

We have made the decision to stop shipping internationally. We try our best to deliver great service, but we have found it too difficult to live up to our standards on international orders. Too often, our customers have dealt with late or lost deliveries, customs issues, or other logistical problems.
